團體規則

Attendance：

1. I will be ON TIME.
2. I will inform the managers whether to participate in practice or game upon their request (YES or NO). This is for better resources allocation of the club.
   If my reply is NO, I will provide a valid reason.
   If my reply is YES but subsequently I am absent from the practice or game without further notification and valid reason, I accept that I will be suspended for the next game.
   If I do not reply and I am absent from the practice or game, I accept that I will be suspended for the next game.
   If I do not reply or my reply is NO, but then I appear in the practice or game without further notification, I accept that I may not be allowed to participate in the practices or games.
   I accept that commitment and attendance are two criteria that the managers and coaches would consider for the line-up of the game.

3. I will GREET the Managers, Coaches, and Parents.

Attitude：

1. I will not use ANY of vicious, bad or foul language, or make discouraging comments towards my fellow players. I will not make fun of my teammates.
2. I will handle any conflicts between teammates by reporting directly to the managers or coaches and WILL NOT TAKE MATTER INTO MY OWN HANDS.
3. I will follow the instructions of the managers and coaches during both training and games.
4. I will cooperate with the managers, coaches and teammates at all times.
5. I will not play with my mobile phones, iPads and other electronic devices during practices and games, except for making urgent calls.
6. I will manage my own personal and my team’s equipment with proper care and attention.
   Equipment: Glove, bat, ball, helmets, batting gloves, cap, uniform, bags and other baseball equipment.
   Team Equipment: Catcher’s gear, ball bags, bats etc.
   Common Use Equipment: ALL equipment purchased by the team will be used commonly among players.
   PLAYERS WILL NOT THROW ANY EQUIPMENT, KICK BALLS, OR LEAVE EQUIPMENT ON THE GROUND AFTER PRACTICES OR GAMES.
7. I will control my emotions and will be respectful to parents, managers, and coaches.
8. I will put my effort into the training and games and will respect the game and rules. (Always wearing the practice/game uniform and cap)
9. I will encourage my teammates during practice and games and WILL NOT LAUGH OR MAKE FUN of their mistakes.
10. I will practice with care during practice sessions and remember safety first
    NO WILDTHROWING
    NO LITTERING ON THE PRACTICE/GAME FIELD
    UNNECESSARY SHOUTING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED
    When swing a bat, I will LOOK AROUND AND MAKE SURE NO ONE IS THERE
    If you or your teammate are injured, immediately notify the managers or coaches
11. I will not be distracted and I will focus solely on baseball.
12. During the game, I will wait properly in the dug-out, and I will cheer for my teammates on the field or at bat.
13. I will respect the decisions made by the game umpires and keep quiet. Any objection against a decision made by the umpire will be raised by the managers and coaches.
14. I will bow and show respect to umpire during my first at bat.
15. I will accept feedback from the managers and coaches after the game.

Others：

1. I will encourage my parents’ active participation: The full commitment of parents is very important for better performance and for the safety of the players.
2. I will use PROPER and RESPECTFUL language towards my parents.
3. I will accept the consequences and will take full responsibility for not following the above rules.
